Healify.ai uses your Apple Health data's power to provide personalized health insights and recommendations. You'll need to connect your Apple Health app to Healify.ai to get started. It's quick and easy!
How to Connect:
Open the Healify app on your iPhone.
Tap the "Menu" icon (usually a 3 stripes icon) in the bottom right corner of the screen, then tap "Apple Health"
Make sure that Apple Health is connected and that you have toggled the switch to give it ALL permissions (important)
Toggle the switch to "On" for all categories (the top toggle).
Tap "Allow" at the top right of the screen to grant permission.
You're all set! Healify.ai will now begin syncing your data.
Troubleshooting:
If you're having trouble connecting to Apple Health, try these steps:
Check your permissions: Ensure you've granted Healify.ai access to your Health data in your iPhone's settings. Go to Settings > Privacy > Health > Healify and ensure all categories are enabled.
Restart your iPhone: Sometimes a simple restart can resolve connection issues.
Ensure you are connected to the internet: A stable Wi-Fi or cellular connection is required for syncing.
Reinstall the Healify app: If all else fails, try deleting and reinstalling the Healify app.
What Data Does Healify Use?
Healify uses a variety of data from Apple Health to personalize your experience, including:
Activity Data: Steps, distance, flights climbed, workouts.
Sleep Data: Sleep duration, sleep stages (Awake, REM, Core, Deep).
Heart Rate Data: Resting heart rate, heart rate variability, walking heart rate average.
Body Measurements: Height, weight, BMI.
Vitals: Blood pressure, blood glucose, blood oxygen saturation, respiratory rate
